General Conference Registration is $525 per person (AFTER August 15, 2008). Please register me for the General Conference Rate of $525. Late Conference Registration is $545 per person. (AFTER Nov. 7, 2008). Please register me at the Late Registration Rate of $545 per person rate.
L&B Society Members Discount Conference Registration L&B Society Members - Discount Registration for Society Members is $495 per person. Please register me for the conference at the $495 rate . I am a Society Member. Go to the www.edupr.com website and click the Society registration button to become a member. Late Registration Rate for L&B Society Members is $525 per person. Students/Volunteer Conference Discount Registration
Volunteer Program - (Grad. Students Only) Discount Rate is $250 per person. Please register me for the Volunteer rate of $250. I am a Student (ID required). You must currently be a student at a university and must fax us a copy of your Student ID card to 781-449-4024. You will be required to work the conference (helping with registration, seating, room assignments, etc.) for the discount.
Group Rate Conference Registration (Only for Groups of 5 or more) Register five or more from your organization and receive a discounted rate of $475 per person (Registrations must be completed at the same time to receive discount) Please register me at the group rate of $475.
Additional Workshop/Events Registration 1. Pre-Conference Workshop on Friday, Nov. 21. Please register me for a pre-conference workshop at the $175 per person rate. 2. Saturday "Meeting of the Minds" Reception Registration I plan to attend the reception (FREE). (Reception will take place from 5:00-6:00 pm on Nov. 22 at the hotel. It's free but reservations are required.)
3. Sunday Network Luncheon Registration I plan to attend the Networking lunch at the MIT Faculty Club ($29.50). (Luncheon will take place from 12:15-1:15 p.m. on Nov. 23. Advanced reservations are required.) 4. Poster Session Registration I plan to submit a poster session for the conference. REGISTRATION POLICIES Registrations are taken and confirmed, on a first-come, first-served basis according to receipt of full payment or purchase order. Unpaid registrations without a purchase order will be canceled after 30 days. If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks after sending full payment or purchase order, call (781) 449-4010 ext.101. General conference registration is $525 per person or $495 if you are a Learning & the Brain Society member before Nov. 7, 2008. Group registration is $475 per person. After Nov. 7, 2008, late registration will be $565 per person, or $525 if you are a Society member. A $35 administrative fee will be added for on-site registration at the conference. SUBST ITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND WAIT LIST Substitutions are permissible up to seven days before the conference, but you must notify PIRI in writing by fax or mail. Cancellations must be requested no later than Nov. 7, 2008. No cancellations can be accepted after Nov. 7. Registrants who cancel (before Nov. 7) in time to receive a refund will nontheless incur a $150 processing fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to PIRI at: 35 Highland Circle, First Floor, Needham, MA 02494-3099 or faxed to PIRI at (781) 449-4024. CONFERENCE CHANGES AND RESPONSIBILITY Public Information Resources, Inc. (PIRI) reserves the right, without having to refund any monies to participants, to make changes in the conference, its program, schedule, workshops, sessions, events, location, and/or faculty should PIRI, in its sole discretion, deem any such changes necessary or advisable. Similarly, PIRI further reserves the right to cancel any workshops, sessions, events, credit courses, or the conference entirely, in which case PIRI's liability to participants shall be strictly limited to a refund of those fees. PIRI, the Cooperating Organizations and Sponsors are not responsible for (nor do they necessarily endorse) the efficacy, accuracy, or content of any recommendations, statements, research, or other information provided at the conference.
